Puns needed

I need puns about the life and work of Robert Burns and maths, and ideally dynamical systems. I feel it would be poor form to steal all my jokes from the Klein Four Group or Tom Lehrer*. It's a tall order, but I know you guys can do it - come on, ExoBrain, do your stuff!

I was wandering past a hospital the other day, and saw this chap hanging out of the window, shouting "fair fae yer honest sonsie face...". Noticing a doctor passing by, I asked him whether that part of the hospital was the psychiatric ward. "No" he replied "it's the serious Burns unit".
