None that I can fathom. Maybe there were once links, and they got stripped out by the anti-spam mechanisms on LJ. In which case, why keep posting it?

That's not so much of a problem - I wasn't thinking any worse than I do during the daytime. Though I still wasn't getting anything done - I eventually gave up and went to bed at 4am.

The real problem is that it's fscking freezing.

I was in a mountain bothy in Aberdeenshire on Sunday night. We reckon the overnight temperature was -10 - the surface of the loch had frozen in the morning and the river and burns were full of great chunks of ice. I'm certainly glad that I was in a warm sleeping bag!

It's been pretty cold for the last week or two - I didn't go hiking last weekend, but the trip the week before was a bit more extreme than we'd expected. What were you doing in Aberdeenshire?
